During the month of November, Egyptian courts issued death sentences to 26 defendants in 20 cases. Among them, 4 were issued final verdicts that could not be appealed. Additionally, 24 defendants' papers were referred to the Grand Mufti in 19 other cases.

It should be noted that these numbers represent the minimum that researchers were able to determine through families and media reports.
